This time, I am going to share with you a very simple recipe which I have tried many times and it is absolutely amazing and easy to cook. All you need is the following ingredients to get you started.

Directions:
  1. Start with a hot oil in a saucepan.
  2. Fry the ingredients and the chicken for about a minute.
  3. Add water and bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove any scum that rises to the surface.
  5. Increase the heat, turning the drumsticks frequently in the liquid, and cook until the liquid has reduced to a sticky glaze.
  6. Arrange the chicken on a serving platter, remove the garlic clove and chili from the liquid, and spoon the glaze over.
  7. This dish is best served warm with rice.
