- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 head Chinese cabbage
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Heat up the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic, and stir-fry until it becomes aromatic.
- Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry.
- Add rice wine and soy sauce and stir until it is cooked.
- Add a little bit of sesame oil to taste (you may skip this step).
