Chicken Satay

Chicken Satay is very popular in Kajang. The best thing about this dish is the peanut sauce. Satay is commonly served with slices of cucumbers and ketupats (rice wrapped in banana leaves). This dish is also commonly served on barbecue parties as it is easy to prepare and cook. It doesn't take a very long time to cook and therefore, you wouldn't be afraid that your guests may go hungry for too long. I hope you like this recipe. • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  4. Bring refrigerated sauce to room temp and use as a dip for the chicken.
