Which do you prefer when it comes to steak, medium-rare, medium or well-done? Some say the best way to enjoy steaks is to have them medium-rare.
- Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove , minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- pepper
The Cooking Method:
- Mix all ingredients together and place steaks into freezer bag with marinade, preferably overnight.
- Heat the oil up and fry / grill until it is either medium-rare, medium or well-done according to your preference.
