Rib-Eye Steak Recipe

Rib-Eye Steak
Which do you prefer when it comes to steak, medium-rare, medium or well-done? Some say the best way to enjoy steaks is to have them medium-rare.

  • Ingredients:
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • garlic clove , minced
  • tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • tablespoon balsamic vinegar or tablespoon white vinegar
  • teaspoon yellow mustard
  • tablespoon soy sauce
  • pepper

The Cooking Method:

  • Mix all ingredients together and place steaks into freezer bag with marinade, preferably overnight.
  • Heat the oil up and fry / grill until it is either medium-rare, medium or well-done according to your preference.
