- 1 beef round steak, cut in strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 large green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 medium onion, diced
- Heat oil in large skillet. Add beef strips and cook it for about 2 minutes.
- Add mushroom soup and a cup of water. Then add soy sauce.
- Add green peppers and onions and simmer for 45 minutes until meat is tender. This dish is best served with rice.
