Seasoned Pork Chops

This is a simple yet delicious recipe for a classic favorite, the seasoned pork chops. If you are planning a romantic dinner but still want to cook for your other half, try this. Cooking is a way to express your love to your love ones.


  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 pork chops (bone in)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes

Cooking Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine seasoning (first three ingredients).
  2. Season chops by rubbing on both sides. In a large frying pan over medium high heat, melt the butter and then saute the pork chops until golden brown on both sides, about five minutes each side.
  3. In another saucepan, dissolve the bouillon cube in one cup water over high heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour over the pork chops, reduce heat to simmer, and cover for about forty five minutes.
