Baked Salt, Pepper & Five Spice Chicken 
Mother's Day is around the corner. Do you have any plans for Mother's Day? If you are cooking but do not want to make things complicated, try this recipe - Baked Salt, Pepper & Five Spice Chicken.  Home cooking is a great way of celebrating our mothers during Mother's Day. So let's get started.


  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • garlic cloves, minced
  • tablespoons brown sugar
  • olive oil
  • five spice powder
  • potatoes and onions
  • ceri tomatoes
Cooking Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F and lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. In small sauté pan, sauté garlic with the oil until tender.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar.
  4. Place chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture. Add potatoes and onions.
  5. Add salt, pepper and five spice powder to taste.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15-30 minutes until chicken is cooked. Place some ceri tomatoes around and served it hot.
